No personal data that allow for the identification of users are collected. Data collected by Microsoft Clarity may be processed on servers in the United States and other countries where Microsoft or its subsidiaries or service providers operate. Microsoft commits to complying with the data protection provisions of both the EU-US Privacy Shield and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework, which ensure the protection of personal data transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. This ensures that data transfer complies with the data protection standards applicable in the EU and Switzerland. With your permission in the application process for our courses at the University of Zurich, we use your personal data, including your name, contact information, and the name of your employer, typically for the creation of participant lists. This ensures effective communication between our participants and lecturers, and helps us more efficiently organize administrative processes.
